Multi-year Accessibility Plan

OS&B® is dedicated to promoting equal access and active participation for individuals with disabilities.  Our commitment involves treating people with disabilities in a manner that preserves their dignity and independence.

We believe in integration and pledge to address the needs of individuals with disabilities promptly, including both employees and customers.  This includes removing and preventing barriers to accessibility, ensuring full compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.

Customer Service

OS&B® is committed to providing accessible customer service to people with disabilities.  This means that we will provide goods, services and facilities to people with disabilities with the same high quality and timeliness as others.

We offer customer service through both email and telephone.  Additionally, we've included a note on our website's contact form, highlighting that we provide accessible alternatives to written information and other forms of communication upon request.

Our organization will:

  • Train new staff on AODA policies and accessible resources during onboarding.
  • Provide regular updated training to all staff on AODA, our accessibility goals, and the multi-year plan.
  • Maintain records of training, dates and number of attendees
  • Review and amend policies and procedures to ensure alignment with accessibility principles.

Information and Communications

OS&B® is committed to making our information and communications accessible to everyone, including those with disabilities.  We are able to provide information in accessible formats when required, and we’ve developed an accessibility policy that is available to all of our staff to review.
